Dr. Krowe - The Mad Plague Doctor

I created this character, heavily inspired by the Zaunites from Arcane.

Dr. Corvus Kade Rowe, was once a doctor whom went to great lengths to rid his world of an increasing plague. Now powered and corrupted by the disease itself, he has turned himself into Dr. Krowe - a mad plague doctor determined to spread the infestation to all of the remaining survivors.
